Working closely with MEPC as client, CBRE have been appointed managing agent since 2015.
Job Description
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Property and Estate Management this is a partnership role with their Client MEPC working with the property management team and leading the site-based facilities management team who deal with the management of service charges, building compliance, contractor management and occupier queries.
The role is fundamental in ensuring that the service provided to occupiers is of the highest standard and ensures that the property retains its reputation as a leading site for life science and research companies.

The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will be expected to operate at a strategic level, and whilst leading the facilities management team will have some day-to-day hands on involvement. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in a life sciences environment.
