Introducing Signal Yard at Milton Park

Exciting new destination will welcome the community with food, wellness, health, services and more

The development of Signal Yard at Milton Park is well underway, with the base build due to complete by the end of this year. Signal Yard will bring together food, wellness, health and more in one place, setting a new benchmark for science and business communities.

 

More than just a place to work, Signal Yard has been designed with inclusivity in mind, to support Milton Park occupiers and open to the wider local community. Interest from retailers has been strong, with 13 of the 17 units already let or under offer to a mix of well-known names and independent local businesses.

 

The hub will be open into the evenings and weekends, creating a lively destination beyond the working day. A dedicated outdoor events space and beautifully landscaped gardens will host regular community events and provide places to relax, play, and connect.

Who will be at Signal Yard?

Signal Yard will bring together a diverse range of retailers and exciting food and drink options to Milton Park.

The landscaped surroundings will also incorporate a new event space, ideal for music and sporting events, food festivals, markets and product launches.

Signal Yard latest news

The first confirmed occupier is Damira Dental Studios, which will open a flagship practice at Signal Yard at the end of 2025 ahead of Signal Yards official 2026 launch. The state of the art studio will deliver care for up to 6,000 NHS patients alongside private services.

The occupier for the Tap Room is to be announced, but it will include a Brew School, Pizzeria and Artisan Bakery.
