  • “We have been in three different units on Milton Park over many years. As we have been planning our journey and responding to the many ups and downs of a start-up business MEPC has been a partner as well as our landlord. Standing alongside us, working to understand and support our business goals and responding rapidly and flexibly to accommodate our changing business needs and challenges. Their exemplary and proactive response to the Covid pandemic is just the latest example of this approach.”

  • “Moving to Milton Park was an obvious choice for Arctoris, allowing us to hold onto our Oxford roots while also opening-up London recruitment and business development opportunities. Milton Park has proven a fertile ground for high-growth life science companies, and we feel confident in the Park’s ability to accommodate our ever-growing robotic platform. We’ve transformed a warehouse on Olympic Avenue into bespoke laboratories and offices, with plenty of room for us to grow into. It’s a huge leap forward for Arctoris and fantastic foundations for success.”

  • “Milton Park is an integral part of Evotec’s history and more than ever, its future. We have had a presence here since 1991 and our recent expansion and renaming of our group of buildings as “Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Campus” has been driven by an increased demand in high-end integrated platform services for drug discovery and development. Throughout this period, the expertise, flexibility and professionalism of the MEPC team has been extremely valuable.”

“The world faces a huge challenge of global warming. Fusion energy provides a crucial answer to the most pressing issue of our time.

We have made important progress towards our target of fusion power generation by 2025 and a “first-of-a-kind” fusion power plant by 2030.

Our latest ST40 tokamak, which we built at Milton Park, has created the highest ever magnetic field in a spherical tokamak, and is working towards reaching fusion temperatures of 100 million degrees in the next few months. We have also set magnetic field records with our latest high temperature superconducting magnets.

This part of Oxfordshire has a unique combination of government funded science and privately funded innovators and entrepreneurs able to tackle huge challenges with bold new technology.”

  • “As a small business we have benefitted from the flexible and supportive working environment that the Innovation centre has to offer. We need a space which is adaptable to our business as it develops but also offers an attractive work environment. The Innovation Centre has provided a practical office space with the benefit of shared break-out areas, a business lounge and additional services to make a positive and practical workspace for our employees.”

  • “MEPC went out of their way to facilitate our move and assist with the conversion of office and warehouse space into a state-of-the-art bespoke laboratory facility. Tom Booker was always available and supportive, from commercial negotiations through to technical and logistical help, ensuring our relocation was completed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate in recommending Milton Park to any company who is considering moving their operations; it is a pleasure to be part of a like-minded community.”

  • “We have been based at the Innovation Centre since 2019 and since then we have grown our team size relatively quickly. This has driven a need for additional space. Each time we have requested more space, the centre’s team have been responsive and supportive of our requirements. They worked alongside our design and build partner to turnaround approvals and contracts to enable us to deliver an amazing workspace.”

“Ipsen located its UK R&D facility to Milton Park in 2016 to be integrated into the entrepreneurial and science culture. It was a pleasure to contribute to the 2040 Vision and see how the Park is embarking on a pioneering vision to transform as a place where individuals and businesses can work collaboratively. The Park has many amenities to support flexible working and our staff actively engage in activities and events. Sustainability and effective transportation are key areas of focus. Our company thoroughly appreciate being located on such a vibrant, enriching Science Park and we look forward to further transformation.”
