Job Description
Summary
You will be part of a rapidly expanding company with the ambition to be the world’s preferred mixed signal ASIC partner.
You`ll help to process all client’s orders including planning, raise purchase orders and manage the production process. You`ll get to work with EnSilica global manufacturing, assembly, and product testing partners.
EnSilica works with some of the best logistic service providers in the world, thus ensuring that our raw materials and finished goods are delivered to the right place at the right time. So, an understanding of international trade processes and incoterms will be very useful.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Control end to end supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Support client specific production planning operation
- Manage product production processes (ERP)
- Manage general logistics operations including RMA for the company
- Assist in managing inventory and production reports
- Ensure that operations and production KPI targets are kept
- Assist in supplier relationship management.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential
- A levels in various subjects potentially in Technology, English and Maths
- A good understanding of supply chain operations including, purchasing, logistics and planning
- Good Microsoft Office and communication skills
- Good ERP experience. (ERP/MRP experience)
- Willingness to learn new skills and a flexibility to new challenges
- Strong communication skills, which enable you to interface easily and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
- You are a problem-solver and work independently and with drive to achieve results.
Desirable
- A member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport
- Previous experience of manufacturing would be useful.
Position Specifics
This role is hybrid, our guideline is for 3 days in the office.
