Milton Park Runners – we run this Park!

Lace up your trainers and get your fitness trackers at the ready! The first weekly session of the Milton Park Running Club will take place on Monday 14 March between 12-12:45pm.
For those in need of some #MondayMotivation, the club will give people on the Park a fun, friendly way to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise, explore the green areas and enjoy a change of scenery during the working day.
The club will meet in the open car park area at the Park Club Gym and will follow a 5km route. The group will be led by two personal trainers and will have different pacing groups – meaning that no matter your ability or preferred pace, you’ll be able to enjoy a group workout. Each session can take up to a maximum capacity of 30 people.
Do remember to bring a change of clothes, towel and running shoes; whether you’re a member of the gym or not, those who take part will be able to use the showers and lockers to store their belongings.
The first 40 sign-ups will receive a free Milton Park branded t-shirt and water bottle, so make sure to register your interest soon by getting in touch with Cara at the Park Club by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
