Nebula

Newly completed

Nebula is a new development of seven properties across three buildings providing high-tech research and development (R&D) workspace with offices. It is located in a prominent position at the Eastern entrance to Milton Park, and close to the new amenities in the Bee House including the Hive Café.

Featuring glulam wooden structural beams and targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, Nebula has been designed to the highest standards and to be as sustainable as possible.

Signal
Yard

Milton Park is an innovation community committed to providing the best services and amenities to our occupiers. Park Centre with be redeveloped into Signal Yard with work starting in the coming months. Signal Yard will be a place to relax, socialise, eat and drink.

This is part of a drive to increase the current number and range of amenities at Milton Park to support those who work here and the wider community.  In line with the 2040 Vision, the ambition is also to extend amenity opening hours.
