To mark Cyber Security Awareness Month, we uncover ITGL’s recent expansion following its acquisition by Conscia and explore the team’s cutting-edge projects, from working on an NHS crisis line to enhancing efficiency through analytics.
A company on a mission
ITGL is a digital consultancy and Cisco Gold Integrator Partner that helps its clients to design and manage highly complex, mission-critical tech and data services.
With growing staff numbers, a recent acquisition and an office expansion, ITGL is on a mission to change attitudes towards digital transformation by removing complexity and shining a light of clarity for their clients. With a positive attitude and a clear intent, ITGL are enabling their clients to progress towards their digital goals and use technology to make a meaningful difference.
Accelerating growth and scaling up
Starting from a team of just five people ten years ago, ITGL has experienced phenomenal growth from its Milton Park HQ. Now employing almost 80 staff, the company is still enjoying strong growth, especially following its acquisition from Conscia earlier this year.
Scott Murphy, Head of Enablement and Brand, explains: “Our expanding team has been boosted even further following our acquisition. We will continue doing all the things we’ve always done but through a bigger platform which will provide us with accelerated support and increased scale.”
A hub of innovation
ITGL has been based at the Innovation Centre for five years, just recently moving into a bigger office to help cater for its growing team.
Samuel Cordery, Head of Sales Operations, says: “Thanks to the flexibility and dynamic nature of the Innovation Centre, we’ve been able to move into a much larger office space which far better suits our current needs.
“Our team love the green spaces at Milton Park. If I want to take a meeting outside or a walk for a change of scenery, I go and sit by the pond and look at the ducks, geese and fountain; it’s fantastic that you can be in an open field in just a few minutes’ walk. Bee House, just down the road, also puts on great events, particularly the jazz evenings.”
A consultancy you can trust
ITGL provide a variety of products and services, but above all, they provide their clients with trust. They do not work as an extension of their client’s team, they are on the team. The occupier recently worked with an NHS Trust, using tech solutions for the Trust’s crisis line, opening up possibilities for faster and better engagement through digital channels.
Scott continues: “In working with the NHS, the analytics and insights we can provide are making agents much more efficient, meaning that the community is able to access help and can be served in a more effective way.
“We aim to create a partnership and relationships that are built to last so that we can provide the most effective and streamlined service possible.”
