Latest news of Signal Yard
Last month, we shared the branding for the development and some computer generated images (CGIs) indicating what the space at Park Centre will look like. If you missed them, do check them out and we think you’ll agree it will be a real transformation.
Thanks to all those involved we’re pleased to report that a contractor has now been appointed for the project and you will start to see enabling works on site in the next few weeks. More information to follow next month. Apologies for any inconvenience caused during the works phase.

In the meantime, the team is currently talking to another operator to re-open the kitchen at 136 Eastern Avenue, opposite the Bee House.
Dress’d has informed us that they are hoping to return to their container by 180 Park Drive on Milton Park on Monday 4 November.
Milton Street Food Feast will continue to take place every Tuesday and Thursday at ///browsers.soonest.banquets from 11am -2pm. Vendors change each week, but regulars include: Friends and Flavours, Mission Burrito, O&H Greekilicious, Planted Plates, Really Awesome Coffee, Simply Foods 2 Go and Soleluna Pizza.
Both Pierreponts Café will continue at the Innovation Centre and Hive Café in the Bee House serve a wide variety of paninis, baguettes, salads, quiches, soups, cakes, snacks, hot drinks and hot food.
Need an early morning coffee? Have you tried Horsebox coffee? Located by the security hut with short-stay designated parking spaces which opens at 7am -12 noon Monday to Thursday.
Munchies of Grove also has various stops around Milton Park along Park Drive and Brook Drive around lunchtime. There are signs located at the various stops with approximate time of arrival.

NOQ also allows companies to subsidise lunch, order en masse or reward their employees.
Introducing our new Engagement and Amenities Executive
